Who We Are

Matt is the grandson of the Cape Associates founder and the current President and CEO. Passionate about construction and experienced in a diverse mix of projects, Matt re-joined Cape Associates after working in commercial construction out of New York City for seven years. He has an engineering degree from Bucknell University. Matt volunteers with several local boards and not-for-profit organizations. Matt lives in Orleans with wife Katie, their four sons, Hudson, Tucker Michael and Brooks and two dogs, Porter and Eb.
