Community Development Partnership has partnered with the Homeless Prevention Council to launch the Lower Cape Housing & ADU Resource Center. The Center will implement short- and long-term solutions to our region’s housing crisis, including support for the creation of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). For homeowners who are interested in creating ADUs, we are providing: technical assistance concerning building and zoning requirements, guidance with permitting processes, and financial incentives. The Center also provides on-going landlord/tenant support and training. This event will provide an overview of the services offered by the Center, as well as helpful information about how you can get started to build your ADU.
