About the Program

All of our year-round rental properties are Affordable Housing Communities.

In addition to our experienced Property Management Staff, we work in collaboration with Homeless Prevention Council to provide all residents with the opportunity for a positive experience as a renter. The Homeless Prevention Council is available to work with residents to connect them with needed community services or to support them if other challenges arise.

Each applicant must meet certain income requirements in order to be eligible for our housing. We have maximum income requirements as well as minimum income requirements to make sure residents can afford the monthly rent. If you hold a mobile voucher, we can waive the minimum income requirement. Click on the Income Requirements link below to view amounts. In addition, our rents change annually based on a rent schedule approved by HUD (Housing and Urban Development). Please click the link below to view rents.
