Co-Director of Property Management

Status: Full-time Position (37.5 hours/week)

Time Frame: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. We seek to fill this position by October 31, 2020

Description: The Co-Director of Property Management will support the CDP’s Chief Property Management Officer in the management of the CDP’s existing portfolio of 100 affordable and community rental homes located in sixteen sites and in the expansion of the Department to manage 100 to 150 additional units.

The Co-Director of Property Management will work out of our office in Eastham, and report to the Chief Property Management Officer. They will work closely with the current Director of Property Management to manage the onboarding of a new client’s portfolio of 80+ units.

Administrative Coordinator

Status: Part time, non-exempt (25 hours/week)

Time Frame: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, position open until filled

Description: The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for a routine set of tasks and responsibilities as well as performs a full range of clerical and administrative functions. These include: handling mail, filing, copying grant proposals, scanning documents, and other administrative tasks assigned. Additionally, the incumbent will assist the Finance Department with accounts payable preparation, administrative management and answering incoming inquiries from internal and external clients of the CDP. Based on the incumbent’s level of experience and education, the incumbent will have an opportunity to assist the Director of Finance in developing and/or improving the on-going accounts payable and scanning processes.

Volunteer Opportunities

Marketing & Communications Volunteer

The Marketing & Communications Volunteer supports the CDP’s marketing and communications efforts. Projects include development of marketing materials, proof-reading of copy, creating Facebook posts, updating media contacts and other admin related tasks. You should have:

  • strong writing and organizational skills,
  • experience with MS Word (experience with Publisher & InDesign is a plus),
  • access to a computer with internet
  • the ability to work from home or at the CDP’s offices in Eastham.

General Administrative Volunteer

The CDP is looking for volunteers who are interested in working on a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including filing, data entry, phone calls, etc. An ability to adapt to shifting needs and possess a positive customer service oriented attitude is ideal. This position includes weekly meetings with our Chief Financial and Operations Officer in Eastham and is ongoing. Experience with MS Word is required.
