Development & Communications Coordinator
Status: Full-time Exempt Position (37.5 hours/week)

Description:
The CDP seeks a professional with excellent organizational skills as well as database entry and administrative experience. The Development & Communications Coordinator will support the CDP’s fundraising program, events, and marketing and communications efforts. They will provide outstanding customer service —internally and externally -- and accurately process gifts and pledges, prepare acknowledgments, and send reminders. This position also entails creating reports and maintaining donor and biographical information in the database with the highest level of accuracy. Additional duties include support of engagement events and marketing and communications efforts.
The successful candidate will work from the CDP’s office located at 180 Cranberry Highway, Orleans, Massachusetts; there is an opportunity to work remotely up to three days per week at the conclusion of a successful introductory period. This is a full-time, non-exempt position (37.5 hours/week).

Maintenance Technician
Status: Full-time position (37.5 hours/week)
Time Frame: Position open until filled
Description:
The Maintenance Tech works to help maintain the CDP’s portfolio of 91 affordable rental homes on the Lower Cape (Harwich, Orleans, Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro, Provincetown). The Maintenance Tech will perform routine maintenance and prepare rental units for new residents. Duties to include apartment renovations including carpentry, painting, general cleaning, and repairs. Also, work orders for various units that may require HVAC repairs or maintenance. Applicant must have tools and reliable vehicle for travel to and from various properties. Specific duties will include but not necessarily be limited to:
- Painting
- Renovations and repairs
- Carpentry
- General cleaning of apartment units when vacant
- HVAC repairs or maintenance
- Shared On call coverage
