Proceeds from A Summer Evening on the Farm make the CDP’s critical work possible – from offering training and mentoring to small business owners and micro-loans to start and expand businesses, to providing affordable rental housing and providing programs to advocate and train for informed housing policy decision-making.

2023 Recap
More than 200 guests came together on August 24, 2023 at Greenhouse By The Sea to celebrate the CDP and raise more than $500,000, including $435,000 through a Fund-the-Need Auction and $65,000 in ticket sales and sponsorships. CDP supporters made the 2023 event the organization's most successful fundraising event ever, helping to ensure the CDP has resources to support year-round residents on their paths to working, living, and thriving on the Lower and Outer Cape.
