Who We Are

Kolby Blehm

Kolby serves as the Program Coordinator for the Council on Aging in the Town of Provincetown, where he is dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of older adults in the community. With a background in community-focused roles, Kolby has previously worked with Monomoy School District and United Cerebral Palsy MetroBoston, contributing to programs that empowered individual's access to and engagement with their community and respective environments.

In addition to his professional work, Kolby is a passionate advocate for inclusive and accessible community development. He brings a unique perspective to the CDP, combining his experience in aging and disability services, community coordination, and project management to support the organization’s mission. Kolby is excited to contribute to the CDP’s ongoing efforts to create vibrant, sustainable, and equitable communities on the Lower & Outer Cape.  He lives in Truro with his wife Cait and their two children.
