Nathaniel Mayo
Nate is a lifelong resident of Provincetown and Principal of Intertidal LLC, advising a range of clients on stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and public collaboration to support successful, community-oriented project permitting and execution. Previously, he served as Director of Public Affairs at Vineyard Wind, where he advanced approvals for the nation’s first commercial-scale offshore wind project, built community support, and negotiated the nation’s first offshore wind Host Community Agreement. Locally, Nate serves as Chair of the Provincetown Conservation Commission and a Director of the Cape Light Compact, Cape Cod's community-choice electricity aggregator and energy-efficiency program administrator. Nate holds a MA in urban and environmental planning and policy from Tufts university. He and his wife Chelsea Crowe have two young children in the Provincetown school system.
