Who We Are

Deb moved to Cape Cod in 1988, although she has spent her summers in Harwich Port her entire life. She joins us from Big Brothers Big Sisters, where she was an integral part of the Community Engagement and Recruiting Team. Passionate about helping youth reach their full potential, Deb has dedicated her career to supporting mentorship programs that help young people thrive.

Her previous roles include positions with Eastward Companies, Cape Cod Healthcare as a Navigator, and the Cape and Islands District Attorney's office as a Community Outreach Coordinator. In each of these roles, Deb has consistently advocated for the Cape Cod community, offering support and resources in a variety of capacities. Deb volunteers at the Family Pantry of Cape Cod in Harwich.

Deb holds a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire. She lives in Harwich Port with her husband, Bob, and their dog, Thaddeus. She is a proud mother of two grown sons. Deb loves spending her free time outdoors, enjoying everything Cape Cod has to offer.
