Who We Are

Originally from the Philippines, Pelinda moved to the Cape several years ago from San Francisco and lives in Chatham. Pelinda has a B.A. in Anthropology from San Francisco State University. A former Case Manager with Cape Abilities, she assisted individuals with disabilities to find job placement. Pelinda will be working to provide housing coordinator services to the Towns of Harwich & Chatham as well as providing support to the Cape Community Housing Partnership.
