KO was born in Ghana and has dedicated his career to expanding access to finance for small businesses and underserved communities. He brings more than 15 years of experience in lending, technical assistance and financial inclusion. His work has included managing lending portfolios, designing credit programs, and providing technical assistance to small businesses to create new ventures, strengthen financial reporting, improve operations, and build capacity for long-term growth. More recently, KO supported Justice for Housing Inc., a Boston-based nonprofit focused on affordable housing and skills development for justice-impacted individuals, as Board Fellow and Accounting and Finance intern, reflecting his deep commitment to community development.


KO holds MBA in Quantitative Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cape, Ghana. He is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA, UK) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), as well as a Certified Expert in Microfinance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany.


As Manager of Business and Credit Programs, KO brings his technical expertise and community-focused approach to supporting small businesses on the Lower and Outer Cape. He works to expand access to financing, provide technical assistance, and strengthen the capacity of local entrepreneurs to succeed. Outside of work, KO enjoys watching soccer and exploring cultural, historical, and natural attractions — especially visiting zoos and heritage centers.
