Thinking about building an ADU to house a family member? Considering building an ADU to house a resident in need of year-round housing, so you can be part of the solution? Are you a homeowner or renter in need of housing stabilization services or rental assistance? Register for this informational session to learn about the housing and ADU related programming and support provided by the Lower Cape Housing and ADU Resource Center. The first 30 minutes will provide an overview of the Center, and the programming that the Homeless Prevention Council and Community Development Partnership partner together to offer the Lower and Outer Cape residents. The second portion of the session will offer a deep dive into the ABCs of ADUs - for any homeowner interested in learning more about Accessory Dwelling Units and what it takes to build one on Cape.
