Crafting an effective Request for Proposals (RFP) is critical to ensuring high-quality responses that are aligned with community visions for housing. Evaluating the responses is equally important to do thoroughly and transparently by relying on available resources and specialists to ensure selection of the best possible developer.
Speakers Laura Shufelt, MHP Senior Advisor and Real Estate Development Officer, Donna Kalinick, Brewster Assistant Town Manager, and Lindsey Gael, Senior Development Project Manager at The Community Builders (TCB) will discuss their experiences in best practices and statutory requirements for writing great RFPs and selecting a developer.
