Who We Are

Raised on the Cape, Ella has returned to her homeland as an adult and dedicated herself to being the change she wants to see on the peninsula. She graduated from Skidmore College in 2017 with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and has since held a variety of roles that fall at the intersection of healthy communities and healthy ecosystems. She has experience in agriculture and aquaculture, land conservation, community and youth climate organizing, and most recently worked as a Civics and History educator at the high school level.

At CDP, Ella will be working closely with the Director of Housing Advocacy to conduct outreach, base building, training, education, and leadership development among our Lower Cape community.

Ella lives on the mid-Cape, loves to make art, host dinner parties, and play on the beaches and in the marshes.
