Who We Are

Richard Breese brings over 40 years of construction experience to his role in maintaining the CDP affordable apartments. After serving in the Coast Guard, he started a masonry business in central Massachusetts and eventually expanded his business to include a full range of home remolding services.

Rich ran his construction business until 2016, when he purchased and renovated a home in Eastham. Since retirement, he has worked as a construction supervisor for agencies in in the Boston area.

Rich is excited to join the CDP, and utilize his skills and knowledge in his new position.
